Do you only sell retro games?
No. We carry everything from classic cartridge and disc systems to current games and consoles.
Are pre-owned games and systems tested?
Yes. We evaluate pre-owned inventory and test and clean hardware as appropriate. Ask us about any specific item.
Do you carry PokƩmon cards and collectibles?
Yes. We carry PokƩmon singles, sealed product and other gaming collectibles. Selection changes often.
Do you sell online?
Yes. You can search participating inventory online, and we also sell on Whatnot. The store may have more than whatās listed online.

Can I search your inventory before coming in?
Yes. Use Inventory Search. If youāre making a long drive, contact us first to confirm availability.
How quickly do new arrivals appear online?
Eligible items can publish automatically, including cover art when available. Some need review first.
Why can't I find an item online that I saw in the store?
Not everything is online, and fast-moving items can sell quickly. The store has the fullest selection.
Can you notify me if a specific game or console comes in?
Yes. Use Notify Me and we may email you when a likely match comes in.
Can I request that an item be held?
Sometimes. Use Request a Hold where available or contact us.
Trades & Buying Collections
What kinds of items do you buy or trade?
We buy retro and modern games, consoles, handhelds, accessories and select collectibles. What we need changes with demand and inventory.
Do I need an appointment to bring in a trade?
Usually not. For a large collection, sending the trade form first can help.
How is trade value determined?
We look at condition, completeness, demand, market value and what we currently need. Store credit may be higher than cash.
Can you give me a final trade quote from photos?
Photos can help, but final value comes after we inspect and test the item.
Should I bring cords, controllers, cases or manuals?
Yes. Cables, controllers, cases, manuals and original extras can affect value.
Do you buy broken systems?
Sometimes. It depends on the system, the problem and whether we need it.
Repairs & Disc Resurfacing
Do you repair video game consoles and handhelds?
It depends on the device and issue. Submit a request or bring it in for evaluation.
Can I check the status of a repair?
Yes. Use the repair-status tool or contact us.
Do you resurface scratched game discs?
Yes. Professional ELM resurfacing is $4 per disc. Drop-off and mail-in are available.
Will resurfacing fix every disc?
No. Many scratches can be repaired, but cracks, label-side damage or deep damage may be permanent.
Retroware Arcade
How does Retroware Arcade work?
Buy a $15 day pass and play participating machines without quarters or tokens.
Is the arcade pay-per-game?
No. Itās unlimited play with a day pass.
What kinds of games are in the arcade?
The lineup changes as machines are added, rotated and upgraded. Expect a mix of arcade favorites for longtime fans and families.
Can I leave and come back with my day pass?
Yes. Keep your wristband on and you can leave and return during that same business day.
Are children allowed in Retroware Arcade?
Yes. Itās family-friendly. Children 13 and under must be with a guardian.
Can I bring food or drinks around the arcade machines?
Food and drinks stay in the kitchen area and should be thrown away after use. Neither is allowed around the machines.
Parties & Group Events
Can I have a birthday party at Retroware Arcade?
Yes. We offer party options for birthdays and groups.
What party options are available?
Public parties are $275 and private parties are $350. Use the Retroware party form to send us your preferred date and details.
How do I request a party?

Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes. Eligible in-store purchases earn rewards for future visits.
Do you offer layaway?
